One Incredible Class (Mindful Triathlon Pt. II & III)
Limited Capacity seats available

Join MaryBeth LaRue for her signature flow, Beats Meet Bliss. In this 75-minute flow, you'll get you moving and breathing deep. This twist-centered practice will move to the music of some old school hip hop paired with some deep R&B, courtesy DJ Jesse Blake.

Following this Soulscape class from Mary Beth, we will ground down with Melissa McKay, for a 30-min meditation called The Mindful Life.

Mindfulness is present moment awareness. We can develop that as a habit of mind in meditation practice and then it's possible to bring it into all aspects of our lives where we learn to give what we are doing all of our attention.

This awareness is like a light and when it is developed, the things in the mind that are causing stress, confusion and pain begin to recede and all of the things that are lead to happiness, confidence and peace will grow.

Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes

Healing The World With Vibration
Limited Capacity filling up

Heal yourself, heal the world. It starts with you. Something magical happens when we combine sound frequency with intent. The mantra Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung is said to be able to cut across time and space and send healing energy to someone thousands of miles away. In this journey we will set a collective intention to use the vibrational field we co-create through breath, planetary gongs, hand pan, crystal and Tibetan bowls, voice and other instruments as a conduit for a larger offering. Through the receiving of sound and vibration we will trigger a deep relaxation response, slowing down the brainwave state to the optimum level for the body and mind to heal itself so together, we can send our vibrations out into the world where they are needed.

Safe Experimentation… With Money
Limited Capacity seats available

The subject of money and finance tends to produce strong emotions in people. These feelings span the spectrum – from jealousy, anger, and despair; to hope and euphoria. Relating to money in a mindful context can calm the unhelpful habitual reactions that often take over when we deal, or don't deal, with our financial situations.

When we engage with financial matters without judgment toward ourselves, we can minimize our suffering. When we're observant of our emotions, rather than driven by them, we can create space and equilibrium. These mindful approaches turn emotions into learning experiences which provide important information for making good financial decisions.

In this session, Sol Halpern, founder of Highlander: A Mindful Finance Company and meditation instructor, will introduce you to Mindful Finance tools that use personal insight and humor to bring positive changes to your relationship with money. We will explore ways to use your relationship with money to achieve greater self-awareness and lead a more empowered life.

Eat Cake for Breakfast (Metaphorically, of course)
Limited Capacity seats available

Death is the wisest advisor we have said spiritual teacher Carlos Castaneda. How can we use our imminent death from our body to inform how we live our life? Why is it so often that only death, or the threat of death from serious illness, leads us to truly "wake up" to the preciousness of life and claim what is OUR life that we are here to live? Without the usual cliche's about "finding" life purpose as if it's some thing out there or needing to find "your path", Gina will share what it felt like to be born into a space of loss, where death was a very unwelcome "advisor".

How can we claim the awareness and liberation that people have from facing death without having to do that? Is that possible? Can we embrace what we know to be sacred without taking it for granted as we so often do? What if we chose to eat cake for breakfast if we wanted to because we knew this day could be our last? How would our life be different if we could orient ourselves to truly live as if it was? How would you live differently right now so you can look back on your last day and say, "I have no regrets" and "I am not afraid." Death is the wisest advisor we have, often coming without an invitation. Welcome it as we explore together the opportunity we have to "seize the day" - without pressure and guilt - only with love.

Harnessing the Power of Love
Limited Capacity filling up

In the wise words of Martin Luther King "We must discover the power of love, the redemptive power of love. And when we do that, we will make of this old world a new world. Love is the only way."

Metta or lovingkindess meditation is a training in discovering and harnessing this power of the kind of love that wishes others happiness, safety and peace. In practicing metta we familiarize ourselves with this particular kind of love, we see it's effect on our own mind and body and how it expands our hearts and minds, overcomes our fears and self doubt and we thereby gain faith and trust in it as a truly trustworthy, helpful and powerful force, with tremendous benefits for ourselves and others.

The class will be 30 minutes guided meditation and 30 minutes lecture and questions.

From your Head to your Toes
Limited Capacity seats available

In this workshop, you will learn the ins and outs of core hooping. Did you ever want to learn how to bring the hoop from your knees to above you head? From your waist to your shoulders? Then this class is for you! Get ready to sweat. Core hooping is the practice of moving the hoop anywhere between the neck and the knees. We will focus on how to properly knee hoop, waist hoop, shoulder hoop, and how to move between these different parts of your body to create seamless transitions. This is an exploration of the conversation between your mind, body, and apparatus. The hoop will be on your body the whole class, so be prepared for a workout. Along with learning how to move the hoop to different parts of your body, you will also learn how core hooping can be just as beautiful as any high-level trick – or even more so. We will close this class with a nice long meditative stretch.

Shameless AF: Looking at Our Personal Sh*t - Without the Shame
Limited Capacity filling up

Shame is a corrosive motherf*cker. It can be the great motivator, making us work more than we should, or less that we should. Shame makes us eat more than we should or less that we should. It makes us blame ourselves or others. It makes us hide. We try and prove the shaming voice wrong or try to prove it right. If shame could be harnessed as an energy source it could easily replace fossil fuels.

There is another effect though, one seldom discussed. Shame keeps us from honestly and realistically looking at our own sh*t. It keeps us from admitting our mistakes in a genuine way and allowing grace to intercede. We all carry the human propensity to fuck things up, but how in the wellness community might we use compassion for one another, and a nonjudgmental spirit to invite the truth - good and bad about what we have done and who we are? What might we learn form the transformation of the human heart we see happening in 12-step programs? Can we believe in the divine love that connects us all enough to admit the times we don't have what it takes and must rely on a power that is greater than us?

Revolution of the Soul
Limited Capacity full

"What an intense and wild time to be alive. There is much conflict and division in our world, but as difficult as these times are, they are also exciting, invigorating, and rich with the possibility for collective freedom. People are speaking out and rising up. It's amazing, it's hopeful and—when so many lives are at stake—utterly necessary. We have the power to unite, organize, and create real social change. Change that benefits everyone. Change that leads to liberation; to Oneness; to God. And that power is love. That is the revolution of the soul. But how can we harness that power? How do we awaken to love? It begins with our own spiritual evolution. It begins with truth." (Excerpt from Revolution of the Soul)

Inspired by her new book, Revolution of the Soul, this class will explore the spiritual tools for individual transformation that can lead to collective liberation, including discussion, asana practice, meditation, reflection, and prayer.

Void Vibes - Yoga Nidra as a State of Consciousness
Limited Capacity filling up

Yoga Nidra is more than a deep relaxation meditation – It is a state of consciousness, a state of being. This class will begin with a discussion of Yoga Nidra as a spiritual practice of self-realization. We'll touch on some beginner friendly yoga philosophy to explore how an understanding of Turiya (the fourth state of consciousness) and Shoonya (nothingness) can help you enter the space beyond doing – our true state of pure being. Next, you'll be guided through a powerful Yoga Nidra designed to help you strip back all the layers and rest in the void – a state of spacious awareness, beyond the body and mind.

Session may include gentle asana or pranayama to prepare for Yoga Nidra.

Revolution of the Soul (Talk)
Limited Capacity seats available

Join Seane for this special speakeasy event where she will discuss her upcoming book "Revolution of the Soul", her upcoming book that chronicles her life, work and message of transformation, conscious action and justice.

In this spirited and heart centered talk, learn how our evolution is the revolution, and how it begins the moment we take accountability for the choices we make that separate us from each other, the planet and Spirit. We must go inward to understand and heal these divides, and the impact they have on our psyche, culture and collective liberation. Our liberation, the ultimate promise of yoga, is dependent upon ALL souls being free. Therefore, we must do the inner work of transformational change, take ownership for our complicity in creating these fractures, and initiate actions to change both ourselves and the systems that cause so much suffering.

The revolution begins within, and we are being called to wake up, show up, take a stand, find our voice, heal the separations that exist, and then put that love and compassion into conscious action--for the benefit of ALL.

This is a revolution worth loving for!

Awaken Your Intention - Yoga Nidra with Sankalpa
Limited Capacity filling up

This class will introduce Sankalpa as a powerful tool to amplify the transformative potential of Yoga Nidra, a Tantric meditation technique that helps us access the deepest layers of our consciousness and our infinite capacity for transformation. You'll first be guided through a short meditation designed to help you discover a Sankalpa that resonates deeply and activates your entire being. You'll then be guided through a full Yoga Nidra. The right Sankalpa can unlock new levels of self-transformation. However, working with the wrong Sankalpa is like trying to jam a random key into a lock. What door do you want to open? What intention will open it?

Class is accessible to all levels, but with no formal introduction to Yoga Nidra practice.

Choose Love: I Can I Will I Must
Limited Capacity seats available

Shifting from fear to love is a choice. Choosing love in the most challenging circumstances is a choice. Sucking at it is part of the process.

Gina will share her inspiration for starting Lead with Love, an organization committed to shifting culture from fear to love. With humor and insight she will share what she knows to be true, that we can, we will, and we must learn how to overcome the barriers to love and live from a place of authentic loving that naturally leads us to chose love over fear, regardless of outside circumstances.
This IS the meaning of life.
Find this place and discover a true sense of liberation. It doesn't mean that life doesn't suck sometimes, it does, and yet we can reframe the way we hold it with some Samurai skills designed by the founder of the "Love Ninjas". We are culturally conditioned to be victims and to be victimized. Learn how to recognize it and how to use this sword of discernment to create a more meaningful, inspired life based on ownership and choosing love over fear every chance you get.
In this experiential talk Gina will share five practical steps to shifting from fear based thinking to perceiving through the eyes of love. We can. We Will. We Must! Be part of the solution to what you see in the world. Don't just curse at the darkness, find the strength and the skills to be the light.
