Join Gina Caputo for what is sure to be an unforgettable flow: Hips, Hamstrings and Heck Yeah!

Gina will lead you in the perfect, post-run practice designed to show your hips and legs some serious love after your run. You’ll move through an arc of energy beginning with grounding after the run, rise to a deep stretch peak and then settle back into stillness before a blissful meditation.

This epic session will be followed by a 30-min grounding meditation from Davidji, entitled "Meditating in Chaos: Is it Even Possible?"

This will be a guided meditation which includes tips, tools and techniques for managing stress in the very moment it's upon you, learning to anticipate when you might be affected by stress (it isn't always what you think!), and how to lock in a daily meditation practice that will actually help you use stress to your advantage.
