1st Poetic Flow: Asana is the poetry of the body and nature is the inspiration of how the body will move. The mat is the canvas waiting for the body to paint its deepest expression. This class will take you on a journey and will remind you that there's always more. Your body is a musical instrument, from your vocal cords, your organs, to the beat of your heart. This class will refine your rhythm, guide you to move with the pulse of the earth and harmonize with the world around you! It will teach you how to reassign energy and move with a higher purpose. The Poetic Flow will align your body through physical poetry, expand your mind with new concepts and principles complex and simple. It will remind you and inspire you to take care of your temple. All levels welcomed

This class comes with the added experiential bonus of practicing with Sound Off headphones, which provides a more intimate sonic experience and deeper connection to the teacher and DJ. 

Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
