In this class, we'll discuss the physiological benefits of Yoga Nidra. This healing meditation can help you manage and recover from a range of conditions – including insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic fatigue – and can also benefit those struggling with high stress levels, and/or low sleep quality. We'll begin with some calming breathing techniques to shift your body into a more peaceful state, then transition into shavasana for a deeply restorative, beginner friendly Yoga Nidra. Class may include light stretching.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
