In this relaxing one hour flow, we'll release tension from head to toe, releasing & rolling out every major muscle group in your body with emphasis on the neck, shoulders, and upper body. Learn different techniques to enhance mobility, range of motion and specifically target chronically overused areas. We'll create awareness around postural alignment and equip you with myofascial therapy techniques for use in yoga and your daily active lifestyles. Whether you're new to yoga, just getting back into your practice, or a long time student, this hour will ease restrictions for long-lasting results. Leave feeling open, taller, mobile, and grounded for the rest of your day.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
