In this relaxing one hour, we'll systematically target muscles in low back, hips, and legs. Bring a friend or partner with your neighbor to learn different techniques for giving an awesome full back body massage, releasing tension from sitting, bringing awareness to posture, and enhancing yoga & active lifestyles. Whether you're new to yoga, just getting back into your practice, or a long time student, this hour will ease restrictions for long-lasting results. Leave feeling open, taller, mobile, and grounded for the rest of your day.
