Find the right balance between strength and ease with AcroYoga calibrations. Connection with any partner can occur more freely when we practice specific drills and exercises that increase sensitivity and strength in the base and flying roles.  The key to becoming a masterful base, flyer, and/ or spotter; is becoming more aware of the intricacies of balance. Get ready to flow and fly more freely after learning these helpful calibrations.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
